TERMS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Refusal of goods. Return of good quality goods

The buyer has the right to refuse goods of good quality without giving reasons: until the moment of sending the goods at any time; within 7 days of receiving the item.
Return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties are preserved and it has not been used by the Buyer.
The Buyer is not entitled to refuse the Goods of proper quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified Goods can be used exclusively by the Buyer acquiring it.
If the Buyer refuses the goods, the online store returns the amount of money paid by the Buyer under the agreement, except for the costs of the seller for the delivery of the returned goods from the Buyer, no later than ten days from the date the Buyer submits the relevant request.
Requests for the return of goods must be sent to us by e-mail hello@greyasmoulds.com with full name and invoice/order number.
If the goods are delivered with damage, then its cost will not be reimbursed, and the Buyer must submit claims to the courier company that damaged the goods during the delivery process.

Return of goods of inadequate quality

If defects are found in the goods (manufacturing defects), if they were not specified by the seller, the Buyer, at his option, has the right, within 7 days:
Request a replacement for a product of the same brand (the same model and (or) article);
Request a replacement for the same product of a different brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
Request a commensurate reduction in the purchase price;
Refuse the goods and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods. At the request of the Seller and at his expense, the Buyer must return the goods with defects.
A refund of the cost of the goods is possible if the defects in the goods arose before the transfer of the goods to the Buyer.
The return is issued by a regular parcel from any branch of the Russian Post. Shipping costs will be reimbursed along with the cost of the item.

The return shipment of defective goods is initially made at the expense of the Buyer. After receiving the goods, considering the application and confirming the presence of the declared defects that arose through no fault of the Buyer, our store undertakes to reimburse the costs of sending the goods to the store.
As soon as the returned item is received by our store, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Refunds for goods and shipping are made within 10 working days after receipt. Please note that specific return times depend on your bank and are not subject to our control.

A refund

Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made (in cash or by bank card):
Cash is returned at the pickup point: St. Petersburg, Politekhnicheskaya st., 6, 1st floor. (weekdays, from 9:00 to 18:00), visiting by prior arrangement.
Funds are credited to the bank card in accordance with the terms for processing the transfer by the receiving bank.
